​I am disappointed with my recent experience with your service. Here are the key issues I encountered:
​Inaccurate Delivery Information: My order was for several items, and the website stated a delivery time of up to 9 business days. However, the delivery was significantly delayed beyond this period, and I received no communication from your team about the status of the order.
​Communication Issues: The email exchanges with customer support were confusing and contradictory. It was difficult to get a clear and consistent status on my order, which led to frustration and a lack of trust in the process.
​Lack of Inventory Visibility: It was only after following up that I learned some of the items in my order were not in stock. This should have been communicated to me at the time of purchase or, at the very least, before the expected delivery date.
​Unnecessary Inconvenience: After canceling the entire order, some items were still shipped to me. This created the additional inconvenience of having to arrange a return for a purchase that I had already canceled.
​Overall, the experience was poor due to inaccurate information and a lack of clear communication. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving your processes.

Great binding. Better for GS skis most likely due to their weight compared to alternate junior bindings.
