FAQ

1) Shipping:

Shipping destinations:
  • Head Racing Canada offers FREE shipping within Canada.
  • USA: Please contact us at support@headracingcanada.com and we can try to support your needs. 
Shipping times:
  • Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days of being shipped.
Shipping cost:
  • Orders over $150 will have free shipping.
  • Orders under $149.99 will be charged a $30 shipping fee.
I haven't received my package, or there is an issue:
  • Once our warehouse has packed and shipped your items you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the status of your order and let you know if there are any issues with your shipment. If the tracking information states that your items are delivered but you haven't received it or there are any other problems, please contact support@headracingcanada.com

 

    2) Payments:

    You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
    • We accept secure payments for Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal
    3) Returns and Refunds
    Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:
    • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
    • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
    • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • For returns, please email support@headracingcanada.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
    • Head Racing Canada will then provide the customer with a prepaid shipping slip with instructions of where to send the returned goods. 
    • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items and these costs will be discounted from the customers refund. Head Racing Canada will however cover the return costs to all faulty product.
    • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
    • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

      3) Orders Placement:

      Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we general ship in stock items by the following business day.

      4) Taxes:

      GST/HST/PST will be applied to provincial government regulations of the shipping destination.
